If you are ever around a baby with a toy, you

might notice something interesting.

When they're playing with a toy, they're happy, but when

you take it away, they are sad and they cry.

Now what happens when you give it back to them?

Instantly they're happy again.

They don't hold a grudge with you.

They don't plot to scheme against you.

They don't say bad things about you.

They just let it go.

Instantly.

Adults on the other hand are different.

Adults carry around so much of their negative past with them.

They can't let go.

And it just keeps on piling on.

Yes, it's harder to let go and yes it will take time.

But eventually, you have to let it go so you can start moving forward without

all that baggage weighing you down.
