Good habits.
======================
Do you know how good habits are formed?
Here is how they are not formed:
1. Immediately
2. Overnight
3. Spontaneously
Good habits are those that gradually take
place over time. The emphasis you put
on doing things little by little gradually
develop into the habits we exhibit.
Lets take the gym as an example. I
really enjoy exercising, however, when
I initially started working out at the gym,
I felt like it was a chore. Something that had
to be done. However, as I worked out more
often and consistently, it became natural for
me to go to the gym. In fact, I feel sick now
when I don’t work out.
The same is true for bad habits. You do
a little here. You do a little there. Before
you know it you are stuck with a bad habit
that the only way it can be changed is through a gradual
process.
Reflect on the things you do in life and determine
if they are turning into good habits which will
help your life, or bad habits which are going
to hurt you in the end.
