Cushion time

It is important to leave some time inbetween projects,
tasks, meetings, appointments, and other things on
your to-do-list.

This cushion time is important because it allows your
body and your mind to get ready for the next task at
hand. You won’t feel stressed and, most important,
you won’t feel as though you are burning yourself out.

This ample time also is important when you are trying
to arrive for a meeting, job interview, appointment, etc.
Try to leave early so you have a cushion time of 10
minutes or more. You won’t feel stressed during the
drive and you will not panic for arriving late. You will
keep your mind at peace and it will reflect on your
performance and your work whatever it may be.
