Now is the only moment in time

Remember NOW is the only moment in time. The past is gone and the future (no matter how much you plan for it) never comes because the only moment in time is now. You have to let go of “what if” but you also must let go of “if only”!  If only I had stayed, if only I chose differently, if only this was as good as I hoped it would be…

Embrace change ~ nothing is perpetual except change ~ change happens every moment of every day. When you see the joy in your life,  in the “now” ( a good cup of coffee, your child’s smiling face, a moment of shared laughter  ~ anything you could label as “joy” no matter how small) remember to stop and acknowledge that joy with a small thanks to God. If you do that, it will raise the vibration in your soul and things, people, events of “like” vibration will gravitate to you.

So while you are “procrastinating” in the present, you are really taking a moment of gratitude for the joy that currently abides in your life and will carry it to the next moment of change,  where new joy awaits.
