Put some relaxation music and use headphones to fully
absorb the music.
Let your heart sync with the calm music.
Let your continuous and rhythmic breaths take the
calm positive energy and let it be carried through your
bloodstream to all parts of your body.

that could be better; whether your life is great
right now or you are hitting a bump along the way,
take some time today and meditate.
