Last time you gave help.

When was the last time you helped someone? A sibling, a friend,

a peer, a stranger. For some of us it has been far too long

to even remember when the last time we helped someone. 

I don't mean helping someone and getting something in return such as

an economic benefit. I mean truly helping someone knowing you are

doing it out of the goodness of your heart.

You don't need to save the world in order to help someone. The smallest

of deeds are most often the best of deeds with the truest of good

intentions.

Too often these days our society is focused on the individual

and gratifications for the self. We rarely are reminded

to help others. More often it is: "How can I help myself today?"

Today, why don't you do something different?

Why don't you help someone else?
