# 0824 Peace and Blessings Every Day

Energy
======================
We are all made up of energy. Every day we start with 100% energy.
I don’t mean sustenance. The energy I am referring to is positive energy.
A strong light within us.
However, keeping that energy level at 100% is up to us.
Some of us wake up and our morning doesn’t start off [right], so we lose
a some of that energy. That 100% energy is now at 90% to carry
us through the day.
Others of us have already depleted the 100% energy before we even
start our morning. Perhaps the night before we carried with us [bad] or
dark energy due to an argument with a loved one, or the stress of
work from earlier in the day, or anything else that reduces the positive
light within us. In this case we don’t wake up with 100% energy, but much
less to carry us through our day.
Utilize your 100% energy wisely.
