Our mouths

Our mouths often get us into more trouble than we should allow it. The problem is
we don’t think before we speak most often.  When that happens, you blurt out
the first few thoughts that come into your mind. Sometimes this is not a problem.
A lot of times it is. When we blurt out things we shouldn’t it is when we are
angry, upset, sad, or just have some negative emotion within us.  The emotion
tries to escape, and when it is successful, it is through our mouth.
This in turn hurts whoever we said something without thinking, and we always
regret what we said.

Think before you speak.
